At Rhys Man LLC, we stand behind the quality of our men’s grooming products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or refunds under the following guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

✅ You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (see Section 3).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Products purchased during final sale or promotional events (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us

    • Your order number
    • Product name & reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund/replacement)

2️⃣ Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your request and email return instructions within 2 business days.

3️⃣ Ship the Item Back

  • Once approved, send the product to our return address (provided via email).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

4️⃣ Receive Your Refund/Replacement

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.
  • We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund (including return shipping if applicable).

4. Refund Processing

  • Refund Method: Original payment (credit card, Stripe, etc.).
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after return approval.
  • Bank Delays: Some banks may take additional days to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.
